Problems on Dolphin installation with Wampserver 2.1

I tried everything to install Dolphin with WampServer 2.1. All steps go fine except "Permissions Reversal". My "inc" folder is not recognized as "read only" and if I "skip" it or continue with "next", both go to install/index.php and everything restart again. I can't start Modules installation...

Anyone can help me on this?

You can skip the permission step on Windows systems.  You should be brought to a page that tells you to remove the /install/ directory.  You'll be out of the installer and into your site if you do this.
