Problems on my website on the join Link

Hi.

Im using a template 004 in red on my website meetwebclub.com and it have a Join link beside the Logout. The logout runs well the javascript but the Join link goes to a join.php and nothing happens. How can I do to make these join.php work ? I have a module for Live Join that is ok but I dont know how to do with these link now.

Please give me a tip or if you pass for this problem write me a solution.

Regards.

your issue is directly related to your template:

http://yoursite.com/join.php?skin=uni loads the join form

you need to enable profiler on your site so that the errors will reveal themself.

I think you're running a template from Cogzidel, which is probably outdated by a few versions. That said, we won't know the exact problem until we see an error report.

Hi.

Thks for the answer.

I dont know where I can enable the profiler. Is it in advanced settings on the admin panel ? and Where I can do the changes to put these link: http://yoursite.com/join.php?skin=uni ?  is the uni name of the skin ?

That is what I have on profiles settings on advanced mode:

Profiles
Global Enabling of Couples:

error

Number of friends to display per page in profile:

error

Track all profile views. Later a member can manage these "views".:

error

New User Notify:

error

Enable profile votes:

error

Show zodiac signs:

error

Anonymous mode (no contact information):

error

Lowest age possible for site members:

error

Highest age possible for site members:

error

Timeout before displaying profile info(in seconds):

error

Enable possibility to delete profile comments by profile owner:

error

Enable profile customization: is enabled.

What can I do now ?

Regards.

uni is the default template. You can select a different template from Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings > Templates.

You can enable the profiler module by installing it from Administration > Tools > Modules. There is a manual step you must complete after installation, which will be explained in the information box. I don't know if the profiler module logs errors, though, so you may want to check your PHP error logs for the problem.

I think the problem is an outdated template, but I won't know the exact problem unless I can see an error.
