Problems while first installation - permission for ffmpeg.exe (777)

In the beginning of the installation I do get the following message:

flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe - status current "non executable" / desired level = executable.

Permission is "777", all permissions are given,...what do I have to do to get further?

If 777 doesn't work, try 755.
