Problems with Arvixe hosting

I'm have an incredible lot of problems with my site being served by Arivix. It slows and then crashed then throws a database error up. The site could work fine for a week with no problems then for the next week continually crashing. Arvixe seem hopeless to this problem when I sent them an error report all I was tolds is that they had solved a memory problem and it would 'nt happen again 24 hours later it happened again. This is annoying me cause I'm paying them good money a month to host.

Support I don't think they could support a tea party!

Off late, we have encountered few issues with Arvixe as well and we have decided to cancel our VPS services with Arvixe after 5 days of site downtime :(

Currently, we are encountering database issues on our demo site which is still running on Arvixe shared servers, if this continue we will soon have to migrate it from there as well...

I hope arvixe does better like before and provide excellent support to all it's customers :)

Arvixe is Soviet Big Brother.  He watches with Eye of Lenin and crushes troublemakers with Boot of Stalin.

I was going to try and craft something using the eye or mordor and the hammer of thor.. but I don't think it would be as good as yours so why bother.

On a related note I just emailed their boonex user names to two of my contacts at Arvixe in the chance that they have the same user names over there. If they are the same they'll get them fixed up.

Per PM TBA's problem was solved... still waiting to hear back about M4D's server.
