I'm helping debug a site for music networking that's still in development and have a few critical errors - firstly: when trying to create a new "Band" or "Venue" it keeps returning to "create" page asking for "Category" (as per screenshot) even though category has been selected - it seems this is a new error as it was working previously - if anyone can help or at least point me in the direction of the code/page which handles this - it would be greatly appreciated!
