Profile Customize issue - D7

Dear all,

I could not see any option to customize the profile in edit profile page where I can Change color and background picture and text styles.

Profile Customizer module already Installed and under Advanced Settings I have already Enabled profile customization option. Not sure why could not see any option to customize the profile in edit profile page.

Any help?
