Profile Edit won't save...

Ok I have 2 issues.

1.) When in the profile edit mode - after I make my edits and attempt to click SAVE - nothing happens.

2.) How do I remove options from the Marital Status option during sign up as well as in profile edit?

1. Usually there's an error with one of the fields, but you have to scroll up to see the red alert.

2. I think you mean the couple option.  This can removed from the admin panel.  Builders->Profile Fields.  Just take out couple.
