Profile Edit won't save

I've been trying to set up my profile several times.  I fill out every field that has a red star, but every time, it doesn't save the changes even though I hit the save button.  I think this may only apply to me as the administrator, since my daughter was able to save her profile edits.

the description field must contain 30 or more characters...

It's probably your browser. I can't save any changes in anyones profile if I use Google Crome but it seems to work fine in IE8 and firefox.

When I try to do it in Chrome, pressing the save button does absolutely nothing.

I have found some other issues with Chrome on my site so I am recommending my users NOT use it. I don't know why Google wastes so much time on things they really don't have the talent for.

My description is more than thirty characters.  I am using the latest version of Firefox.  Still it won't save edits to Profile Info.

Short & sweet version. Are you sure there are no errors in the details you are trying to changen the profile? I do that from time to time, miss something and I don't notice the little red ! It won't save if there is an error in your field inputs.
