Profile Field under Builder not Loading

I recently install Dolphin 7 and everything seems fine except the Profile Fields under Builder in the admin login.  My Hosting Tech who did the installation checked it and said all security setting is good and he thinks it is a bug. The profile field will not load. It says "Loading" and just sits there forever. Is anybody experiencing that or it is just me? Any Idea why that is? 

Also I find it difficult to edit language section for the FAQ. I was able to edit all the other sections (with difficulty) except the FAQ. I was only able to delete it but could not edit. Anything I put there will not save. Even the original text which I saved on notepad will not save when I past it there.

Any help will be appreciated
