Profile Images -- Help!

Okay so I am setting up a new dolphin site and importing all the content from my previous dolphin site. I imported the tables for the users and their profiles, but their images are not showing up in their profile. I have copied over the media/images/profile folder to the new site location. But they are still not showing up. Can anyone Help

or can it be a Permissions issue,
