Profile photo size (actual Size)

I would like to make these photo bigger in size example 2 x 2 where in the code can I change this ? I tried the pixels in the admin, it zooms the photos but does not make it bigger I attached 2 snapshots thanks for the help...I would really like to fix this....

Yes, those are the members thumbs.  If you go into the photo module you can set the size of the thumbs.  However, you will need to make some changes in the CSS for the template to accommodate the larger thumbs as the CSS sets the division height/width and border for the thumbs.  You can use inspect element of the browser to see which CSS needs to be changed.

Note: the thumbs are generated when the member uploads the image; so older thumbs will not change in size.  If you see a "zoom" then you are probably trying to increase them with CSS; you need to use the settings in the module.
