Profile privacy

Is there any way that instead of getting every single member to click on those little key icons on every block in the profile page to set the privacy of each block of what other members can and cant see? maybe a simple way like on facebook like one privacy page with tick boxes where the user can simply tick the boxes to decide what other members/friends can/cant see eg profile pic (avatar), wall, friends etc?

There should be.

Should also be a feature in admin so you can select by default which areas of profile are viewable to which group. 

For example, to friends only, to membership level etc...

Privacy is a BIG thing and the law has just been updated for online privacy, unfortunately, I dont find it the easiest area to control for admin...
