Profile video problem

Hey guys,

My profile video doesn't work any more, it did work couple of weeks aga. I have a feeling it stopped working right after the 6.1 release.

everything else is working but profile video. No error message displayed other then the message "connecting".

I haven't upgraded to the newer version yet, so nothing should have changed.

no mod or modification were applied.

is there a log file i can look to figure out whats wrong with profile video.

any ideas?

same problem.. and after upgrade to 6.1, it says my ray video player is not registered.

Goto ray/modules/movie/xml/

delete those files and upload from new package. Then register it.

I just did that and lost everything...

Now each widget says 'unregistered'.  I attempted to re-register

with the same licenses - 'undefined'.  Then, Ideleted all of my licenses

and re-issued new licenses to register again = 'undefined'

So, I replaced the entire Ray folder - 'undefined'

When I go into the Ray Admin window - and click on Base Updates --> Update --> 'undefined'

When I click on Add Widget --> 'Error connecting to Expertz server. Try Later'

Anyone?

If you are using Flash10 in your browser, then you need to revert back to Flash9 or earlier.  Otherwise, I am not sure what is happening.

New Problem - Chat window works for text, but not A/V

Boonex got it to work for A/V yesterday.  And, today it is not longer working.  I checked the Ray Admin and it the RMS box was checked.  I unchecked it and the Chat text was working, but still not A/V

Any thoughts?  Is it just a matter of getting the site added to BMS?
