Promo Banner does not makes hyperlink

I need help with my promo banner , once a week we are promoting artists on the website , the problem is, we create the banner and the hyperlink to the artist's profile, on photoshop.It works in "preview in browser" but once it is installed on the image reloader,does not work , it makes link to join page .I need to change this . Any clue ??

Thanks ! for your help . Another thing is; I need to enable comments on photo by guest . I went to setting- advanced settings- others and checked (enable possibility to post comments by guests) but does not work ! I checked and unchecked several times .  It may be a curse ? Or I'm dummie?
