Proper Nick not being displayed

When looking at the index page the breadcrumbs say:

Home > {memberNick}

On my own profile page it displays correctly.  If I look at another user's profile it says:

Home > {profileNick}

I've seen some older posts that deal with similar situations, but none of them offered answers, or the answers they gave were for problems other than mine, and they didn't fix mine.

Could someone help PLEASE?

Need more details. Are you running a custom template? what version have you installed? Linux (or other) server?

I'm having the same issue. Was this ever solved?

Any changes made to the navigation menu?

At lest on mine, this happens with the default installation.
