Public photos, video chat

Hi again. I'm looking for help with the no doubt painfully obvious:

1) The Video Chat help on the site says to click on something near my avatar in the My Video box. I don't see a my video box even when my camera is functioning in other non-Dolphin apps. Is there something I should know about installation?

2) How to I set the default number of Public Photos, Public Videos and Public Sounds that appear on the home page. Currently it seems to be seven for photos, which busts my already challenged layout. The only info I could find online refers to Dolphin 6 and seems to refer to a database table that I don't have.

2) Every media module has this point in "Settings" menu of admin panel:

"How many files show on index page". Just change it.
