Quality of video chat poor as well as sound

Hi,

First of all i'm on a shared server , free rms provided by my host ! I can tell you the quality of the video and the audio chat is terrible , now i need to know is it down to the shared host ? or is it down to the free RMS ? Or it is down to the Ray flash whole thing !

The main thing for me now is i need a high quality video as well as audio , how can i achieve that ?

have you changed the settings for frame rate and quality in flash apps - chat  ?

Are you using a $2 webcam or $100 HD webcam ?

LOL, i'm using macbook webcam and i.m on fiber broadband unlimited 40mb . Share please your settings if you wouldn't mind , let see if they will make a difference ?

Im talking about the quality of video chat camera and audio while chating with another member ! using free rms !

The quality of video wasn't that impressive at all.

to test you could use RMS based chat and compare.

I did few test today and most of them are giving same result ! not sure if the other side using low internet connection or what, i may try with someone else who use good quality internet and see how good it is .

any more suggestion ?
