Question about, About and Terms

When you click on dash Board then click where it says to edit terms as well as about, there is nothing to edit on ether one all it shows is a bunch of links, How do it create my own about and terms?

That link takes you to the languages section. The text is part of a language key so it can be translated into multiple languages.

The About us is in the language key _ABOUT_US     NOTE the case. _ABOUT_US all upper case letters.

The terms of use text in in the language key _TERMS_OF_USE

You edit those by hand. Or you can use a editor from the market. Go here. http://www.boonex.com/market than search for terms of use and about us to find modules that can make it easier.
