Question about a video on home page

Hey all, I have a new promo vid for my website I would like to be on the front page and auto play when a visitor comes in, can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks!

If your video is on you tube simply create an html block and insert embed code and move the block up to where you want it.

Depending if you want only the video or video with box.

If video only, go into your database and look under sys_page_compose and search for block on index page, change the "DesignBox" value from 1 to 0, that will remove the "block with title" and only leave your video..

for an example see www.duvallocals.com and the video on the right and my world map on the left as you see doesn't have the "block box" around them..

[edit] About the autoplay, that is set under your "FlashApps" area "Video Player" settings icon, set "Autoplay" to on and "Auto Hide Controls"

Just a note, YouTube's new embed code uses iframes, which Dolphin doesn't like.  You need to use their old embed code, unless you want to dive into the database and make the changes there.
