Question about finding certain files

My dear community,

1) The footer has a text: "About us, privacy, terms, faq" and so on. However, I would like to add a pipeline between each word without one being left at the very end or start but, cant find the HTML file to edit them. Also I would like to change the color of those footer links. How do I do this?

 2) How do I change the color of the top "account logout" link? The one next to the tiny welcome message.

 3) Is there a way to add more search criterias instead of only "looking for: men or woman"?

Please help me and thank you in advance!

Greetings.

This is one of those seemingly simple things, that Boonex decided to complicate to the point where it's almost bewildering.  You can either go poking around in the database, and start looking for language keys and editing the keys, OR

You can download and install this free module that will make these sort of things a little easier:

http://www.boonex.com/m/MTools_Page_Editor_2010_05_04

Before you attempt to install the module, you have to edit this file in the download package:

\files\modules\mchristiaan\mtools\install\config.php

Find:

    'compatible_with' => array( // module compatibility
        '7.0.0',  // it tells that the module can be installed on Dolphin 7.0.0 only.
        '7.0.x'
    ),

Edit it so that it reflects the changes highlighted in red above, or else the module won't install.

Dear houstonlively,

I copied the mchristiaan folder to my mod directory. However, unfortunately it will not let me install the mod since it doesnt find it but, when only the mtools folder is upload then it finds the mod but fails to install. I have no idea why. I did follow your steps though.

Thank you by the way for trying to help me solve this issue.

Make the edit as I instructed, upload the modules files to the proper folder, and it WILL be found, and it WILL install properly on 7.0.9.   I say this with 100% certainty

I do thank you so much. It worked perfectly. Just a final question, if under some reason I wanted to uninstall 1 module is it risky? or can I uninstall modules without worrying about corrupt files. Is there a way to deactivate them?
