Questions about Wall blocks

Okay, I have two blocks in my menu builder, one is "wallowner" the other is "wallviewer". Can I use one of these to create a "News Feed" type page like Facebook has that you can see everything friends post on one page? I put both of them up to test them just to see what they did.  In logged in mode, "Walleviewer"  has my profile name on it at the top of the page, "Wallowner"  simply says "Wall" at the top of the page, but both have the same posts (maybe because no one but me has posted anything yet?). In logged out mode, all I am getting is the "Wallviewer" and when I click on it, I get {ProfileNick} at the top of the page (I don't even have a "Nick" as a member!), with no posts showing at all, and if I click on that name, I get "Profile Not Available For View". I AM CORNFUSED! HELP! Thank you!

I think that feed is only for information between you and your friends, if you don't have other members that your friends with, you will not see there activity.
