RAY/MEDIA not working

My website, is hosted on a different host to the RCM. Apparently, my RCM connection is with Simion(T&T Design owner) the problem is...it doesn't work. I would like to know what's going on, and why it's not working on my website. I have the license, I was told that i needed to buy the license before RAY or any of the other media stuff would work, so I did. And still nothing.

I've talked to my host, the ones hosting the website and they said there's no problem on their end, that the multimedia stuff should be working. I'd like someone to look at it. I know Simion has told me he's asked around, but it's been quiet a while and no answer, and I know the Boonex Community is usually on top of their game.

Could someone please help with this issue?

Have you talked to your RMS host and verified it is actually connecting with them?

Yeah...I've asked, and Simion said it is. But still nothing. The seperate webhosting has no problems on their end. Thus why, I'd like someone else to check it out, if possible.

The only thing i saw available on your site was the chat. Which does not load.

However the profile music module on peoples profiles does load.

Your Video and Music galleries are empty so i can't check those modules. You have also removed the shout box so i can't test that either.

But because the profile music one loads i would say at least some of the modules do work. So please be more specific as to which ones don't work.

So here is the deal. What version of dolphin are you running. If it's 6.1.5 or 6.1.6 then ask your RMS host what version of RMS they are running. The new versions of dolphin requires RMS version 3.5.2. for all of the ray modules to work correctly.

Many RMS hosts unfortunately have not upgraded yet.

That's what i mean by it doesn't work, it doesn't load. And I haven't removed anything. There's little to view because most of the stuff is set on "Members" can view only.

I am running version 6.1.6.

I will ask Simion about which version, though I am pretty sure he's got the same version, his website works perfectly fine...Which leads to me question if my site is even hooked up properly, but i wouldn't know how to check or anything.

Have you checked in the plugins section in Admin to determine if you have the correct IP Address for the RMS?
