RC4 - Error deleting promo images

Hello,

I went in the administration\settings\basic settings and deleted the images that came with dolphin and clicked on save. By doing so I got the following error message.

Is this a bug or is it only happening to me. If so does this affect anything?

Hello, I expect that dolphin need at least one image for promo, if you want to delete all promo block, try to do it in template

Actually I did have 4 images in there still.
