RC5 settings for member

when a registered member sets profile viewable to friends an unregistered or other members get an access denied. It's a bit harsh. Maybe a short info like this profile is only viewable to (members) friends or any other choice set by the member in settings.

I'm kidding obviously but this 3d seems to be the old mine where I've asked, when an unconfirmed user (email confirm) try to do something show an alert that they have to activate their account following link in the email instead of Access Denied or doing nothing and showing nothing alert...but BoonEx tell me that this require a lot of work and more and more RCs....
