RMS chat problems

I am having a problem with RMS chat.

What happens is members can enter the room but "My Camera" is missing, None of the dropdown boxes work and cant type anything into the text input box.

I've been in touch with the RMS provider and they say the server is ok and have confirmed my settings are correct.

Please can anyone help????

The standard Dolphin Chat is Flashed based; outside of that bit of information ...

 There are two versions of RMS; one for 7.0.x and an upgrade when going to 7.1.x.

You will need the newest one most likely.
