RMS forever loading

All required ports are open, RMS is working correctly for other shared websites

What could be wrong with the dolphin install?

Gigapro, I purchased a one year rented RMS server package

Ok, you're best speaking to them about it.

I'm not an expert on RMS hosting but if you set it up the way they require you to then it should work fine. Unless there's something wrong from their end.

does anyone know if you need the ports open to send and receive or just to send

maybe the domain is wrong? because they have to set your domain in this file access.dat in RMS folder, I have no problem with Gigapros RMS
