Hello, I am hoping to find a solution to a media problem we have run into with Dolphin. Other users can connect to the RMS but one user can't. I checked all the settings and they are correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If all your other users can connect without any issues, I would think this is an issue locally on that users pc or their isp is blocking it somehow. |
when I go to
admin I put on Ray: rms.boonex.com port 10000 and 10080 use rms select
... name myseeyou.com my site ... unless ... Can not connect server

forum where it says that I need to provide the name of my site to see
if it is registered in your database ..... www.myseeyou.com I can not
connect to the server tells me rms can not connect server! |
