RSS FEED NOT LOADING

Anybody find a fix for the RSS FEED?

This is a new fresh install of Dolphin 7.0.7 NOT an Upgrade.
After going to page builders >homepage and moving the RSS Feed from samples to an active block and putting in the url of the feed I just get a never ending spinning wheel on the home page where the rss feed is positioned.

I looked through the forum and tried all the suggestions but nothing seemed to fix it.

Any Suggestions ??

provide the URL of the feed you are trying to stream. in most cases the stream URL is not working. the RSS feeds on dolphin are working.
