I've tried everything and can not get the RSS Custom module to work. It installes, shows up in the module utility, but when I click on RSS Custom it appears, but no menu's to make changes. Just a RSS Custom box.

In this box (at profile page) - profile owners will able to link own custom rss feeds. so all visitors will able to see these feeds.
