Ray Admin: 'Undefined' (No Solution in Forum)

I have seen this posted a few times.  No solution has been provided...

I have a Dolphin site that has been working for over a year now.
Today, I opened Ray Admin and the widgets were suddenly unregistered.
Now my chat room is not working.  I have purchased the ads-free widget licenses.

When I attempt to re-register the widgets, an error message is returned ("Undefined")
A while back, I was told that the Flash problem had been solved.  However, I decided to
uninstall Flash 10 and installed Flash 9 to be safe.  This did not solve the problem.

A number of hours ago, I was told that the license server must be down.
If this is true, it would be great if Boonex had a page that showed when servers were
down for maintenance.  If this is not true, Boonex needs to post a solution here.

Does anyone know the actual cause and solution for this?

I couldn't find any solutions either but our test site of Dolphin 6 got the dreaded "undefined" yesterday.  None of the Ray stuff works, and I think some of it had been used and registered.  Shoutbox and chat are disabled.  Thank goodness the published site is working, but it's making my other task more difficult.

I really hope it never affects our main site.

My Ray widgets were working until I opened the Ray Admin menu.
This happened to me once before and I can't recall how I fixed it.
Maybe it is the Boonex server.

Did you try to open the Ray Admin for your main site?
If not, I would not recommend it.

I have to open the Admin panel almost everyday, so it's not an option for me.

One other thread is maybe a possible solution: reinstalling just Ray itself?

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
