Ray Widgets unregistered and gives undefined

Please advise on how best to resolve a recent problem we're having.

VERSION - 6.1.4 SmartPro

CURRENT ISSUE:

We had recently been notified that individuals were receiving "unregistered" when attempting interact with the videos.  When we logged into our administration console, and then the ray suite, it notified us that 11 modules are unregistered.  We have reviewed the forums as well as general google searches which yielded the following two steps:

1. clear the license, then re-register, then re-register the widgets = did not fix the problem, still receive "undefined" when attempting to register the widget even though he site is appropriately re-registered

2. downgrade to adobe flash player 8 or 9 = did not fix the problem after uninstalling adobe flash player 10 and then installing adobe flash player 9... still receive "undefined" when attempting to register the widgets even though the site is appropriately re-registered

OPERATING SYSTEM of PC - Windows 7

ADOBE FLASH PLAYER VERSION - WIN 9,0,115,0

I am currently using Windows 7 and have verified the adobe version on all three browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE8) and all three present the same problem, when attempting to register the ray widgets we receive "undefined" in a red dialogue box.

Please advise and thank you.

A few sites have had the same problem recently. To remedy till you get an answer from boonex you can rename your ray folder to ray-old then upload a fresh copy of the folder. Then set the permissions. Then copy all contents from the "files" from ray-old widgets

IE copy contents from /public_html/ray-old/modules/movie/files to /public_html/ray/modules/movie/files

You now have to edit files manually: /public_html/ray/modules/global/xml/config.xml to change your rms stuff etc. This will work as ad free as long as you do not open the ray suite from admin panel ever!

I have video tutorials to help you mrpowless.com
