extract them (without extracting to an extra folder) to "flash/modules/games/files" directory of your Dolphin 7.0 site ("ray/modules/games/files" for Dolphin 6.X). After you will get more than hundred games folders in that directory you should just login your Games admin panel from Flash Apps administration.
