Rayz Radio Trashed Site

from reading your error report, it says:

Mysql error:
Table 'mydatery_dolphin.RayRadioCategories' doesn't exist

just on a whim here, as i have seen this mod installed on plenty of other sites with no issues, did you actually check your database to see if the table existed? because all of these errors on here are indicative to me that there is no table for it to communicate with. I will try to make the time this evening to install this mod, can you post where you got it from and i will give it a go?

DosDawg

I just installed it had not problems at all, streaming music now. the only thing i see wrong with it is it has several streams or bad urls. but that is easily remedied with a little footwork. basically the only thing i done different than you did, i didnt put the zipped file up. I unzipped the file to my desktop, opened "filezilla" read the readme that came with the widget, said for me to push the files over to: Copy this folder to ray/modules/. Install this widget via Ray Base (Dolphin admin panel -> Plugins -> Ray Suite) and then register it. For free version you can use any symbols combination as the license key ("12345" for example). i done this part first, ran the install from ray admin, and actually streamed music from admin before i had it on the site. then i went to step 2. and it says: For Dolphin 6.X you should go to http://www.your_domain.com/ray/modules/radio/integration/. This will add necessary language strings and member menu items to Dolphin script. If language and member menu will be recompiled successfully, you will get a set of instructions of how to continue with integration of the widget. Read them carefully and perform one by one. now this ran sucessfully, and as stated here in the instructions, it says the language files will compile, then it gave me a set of instructions that i followed to get the menu on the front end of the site, and followed further to add the link to the members profiles. so this is what i think, i could be off base, but your install clearly has something wrong with it, i dont know if something is going on with your FTP, or if the compressed file is corrupting on download, but i do know that its chief complaint is that it is not able to communicate with the database. each one of those errors all the way through that report are directly related to the database. and the fact that i see your database name hooked to the table, tells me something is deftly wrong. where are you hosted, maybe i will give it a go on your test site, as i didnt see anything at all wrong with the installation of this widget, instructions were excellent, and it all went off in about 15 minutes. hit me on here if you want me to look at your install, or send me the login params and i will take a gander or we can hook up remotely and we can do it together. I dont use IE, but i had to on this instance, because FF is bitching about something or other, has been all day, probably tired of being open. at any rate, thats the story, i said i would run an install and test your situation, i couldnt duplicate what you were experiencing.
