Rearranging Forums?

I see that there are arrows for changing the placements of the groups but not the forums... Is there a way to change the positioning of the forums if you want to add one in later that would better fit someowhere else (other than at the end)?

The only way to do this is by database-diving, but I haven't done so in ages, so I don't exactly remember where to look.

That seems silly that you could do it for the parent but not the child.
