Recompile new modules

Hi

I just installed some modules and I need to reconpile the language.  I tried with language setting and recompile but it doesn't work.

Can anyone help?

Did u meet any errors during this process? What permissions has langs/en.php file?

this is what I did

I logged in as admin and went to

mysite.com/orca

and click on recompile EN
