Recording video through tablet browser

So i have the latest version of Dolphin and the video records great through laptop and Mac browsers but not on my Tablet (Galaxy Tab S) with either the default browser or Chrome.  I click the upload button, select 'Record' and... nothing.  Can anybody help here?

The video recorder and comments are Flash apps, so require Flash to work.
