Administration>Builders>Pages Blocks> Homepage >column 1> news
Could you help me to recover this block?

did you delete the block or set it to disabled?
to create a new block for Boonex News if in fact you have deleted the block -->
administration --> builders --> pages blocks --> drag new RSS block into the desired column --> Caption Lang Key _Boonex News
