Register button on join.php doesn't do anything

Hi,

I have the same problem that was posted about at here but I don't seem to have anything about "restrict email" in my profile builder, so I'm still stuck as to what's wrong. 

When users attempt to join and click on the Join Now button, nothing at all happens.

I'd be very thankful for any help offered.

I still haven't identified the specific cause of this, but for now I've circumvented it.

Removing *all* misc options from the join page has enabled the join form to work.  I guess I'll have to add everything back one at a time to locate the rogue module?

Indeed, this would suggest there's a problem field.  Just re-add each field, one-by-one, checking if the button stops working.  Oh, and grab a cup of coffee.
