Register problem

Hello

I have a problem on my website www.areavis.com registration of users.

Mail clients such as log xxx@wp.pl properly and get a backlink to your e-mail and e-mail clients such as xxx@onet.pl or xxx@gmail.com not get link back from my website! Why is this happening? I have to approve them manually but it is a nuisance and may discourage potential users. Please help me.

Best Regards,

Lucas

Hello Lucas

If messages are sent to the first type of emails then they will be sent to the others too. May be the problem is in the mail servers' filters. Messages may be filtered as spam. Did you check for them in spam, trash and the other similar folders?

Hello Anton

Thanks for your reply. What does it mean "first type messages"? All of these servers are running properly because they are large portals such as gmail is very large. The problem with e-mails appear to me quite often. I do not know what could be the cause. I would like to e-mails from reaching each mail server. Also checked the spam folder and there, of course, emails are not arriving.

The problem also lies in the fact that such a confirmation e-mails come sometimes and sometimes not .. i do not know where it may be affected? Please help

Best Regards,

Lucas

Hello Lucas

"first type messages" are messages sent to xxx@wp.pl emails which are received properly. Dolphin uses the same mechanism to send messages to any email addresses (xxx@wp.pl, xxx@onet.pl, etc) So, if the messages are sending to xxx@wp.pl emails then they should be sent to xxx@onet.pl emails too. I think it's not a problem of Dolphin. If your host's mail server cannot send something then you should receive error reports via email.

Hello Anton

And how I can set in this case that all the messages were the first type?

So it may not work for example, the wrong settings on the server? From what I saw it was not any errors
