Reinstalled Dolphin and Membership Levels not showing in edit profile

Reinstalled Dolphin and Membership Levels not showing in edit profile and cannot change any membership level even though they are installed and active.  I can see them in the membership moderation section but they do not show up anywhere else thus not allowing my account full access to the site nor allowing any Admin account, which is created and activated, to be changed to the level.  There is no drop down box to change it.  Also there is no drop down box for the birth date either.  When installing the program it actually wrote the cron wrong as well so the site was having major issues and there are two members both of which are me.  I hope someone can help me figure this out.  Thanks so much for your support and kind help.  I very much appreciate it. x
