Removal of StatCounter code

I removed the statcounter code from the footer file but, it won't go away it's just sitting on my index mocking me.

haha - I hate it when software mocks me, but it happens all the time.  It is probably just in your cache still.

Hey, CALTRADE that was it. I always think something like that would need a restart. I had a little problem with StatCounter.
