Removal of affected module

Hi guys, i have this particular issue giving me headache, while trying to install sound module. It gave me a failed error, but to my surprise i found the broken file in my modules. Anytime i try checking the file it says module not found error. Now i can't even delete it because it can't be found on my module installed list

It is in the list of uninstalled modules?

If it is, the script ended premature and that some entries were left in the database. Although annoying, nothing serious. Reinstalling the module and than uninstalling it again most likely will solve your issue.

Taking in mind the other issues you already supported you might ask yourself it the hosting subscription you currently have is sufficient to run Dolphin. It seems either your server is configured incorectly, or your current environment is just to small to run Dolphin properly.

oh thanks,i couldn't find it in my uninstalled modules as well. I searched through my cpanel, it's not there as well. I just hope i haven't deleted the sound file. Any other thing to do? Really annoying....

About that? I already contacted my host, and i was told the issue is on check.

Do you have any cache engines selected? I've seen similar issues when XCache is used. Try clearing and turning off the cache entirely. I can also take a closer look if you'd like.
