Remove Public as Option for Viewing?

The site I am planning will be members only.  I don't want to risk the chance of people uploading for public viewing.. is there a way to set that all content can only be for members?

Yes under your membership settings go under non-members and uncheck the ability to view photos.

If you want to globally disable some privacy groups, go to Settings -> Privacy settings, and uncheck the unwanted groups.
