Remove Sex Count

I would like to remove the display of male and female in the chat rooms. We aren't running a dating site with our site. I didn't find an easy way to disable that. Does anyone know which class file or php file generates this info so I can edit it. Thanks.

Not running a dating site, I would also like to know how to do this.
