Remove "Sites AP" from Site without access to Admin Section?

How would I remove the sites AP from my site without access to the admin section is that possible it appears the table has crashed and I just want to delete remove the AP and reinstall it..................Can you help as it has brought my site down because of it.....................The most important part is the table to the database...............

I finally was able to get back into the admin section and dropped the mod and then reloaded it.........Thanks Deano
