Remove account
 I've fictitious accounts that I want removed. when I click on "delete" nothing happens. When I click on the "ban" are banned, but they become active again later. What can I do to remove them? |
cpanel - phpmyadmin-dolphin database - profiles now select all profiles you want to delete and hit delete. or try removing them one by one in admin panel maybe thats works. example:- select one - press delete - refresh page again and again and again :) so much to do.... |
You should delete them from the admin. Sometimes you have to delete them one by one if the multiple check boxes don't work. I wouldn't delete them directly from the database because it will leave all their spam behind like blogs etc.. I've fictitious accounts that I want removed. when I click on "delete" nothing happens.
