Remove country flags

This question has been asked a few times before over the years but it's gone unanswered.

I wish to remove the Country Flags because my site is specifically for Australia and New Zealand, however both flags look identical when presented as small icons.

Thus I'd prefer the flags are not shown at all.

I'm unable to find any CSS code using Firebug and Chrome because the only the cache CSS is shown.

Please help if you can. Please reply here so that others can benefit also.

The cache CSS is shown because you have dolphins caching turned on. To use firebug and other such tools, you need to turn off css caching in dolphins admin.

Those cache settings can be found in Admin->Tools->Cache->Settings.
