Removing Friends

I've searched forums and i can't find a resolution for this.

I've narrowed it down to how it happens, but i don't know how to fix it.

when you go to your activity and see your friends list they will be listed there and also have the following columns

Author/Type/Date

Author is the friends name and stats

Type will either be blank or say friends list

Date the day they become friends or something

what i've found is if you are the sender of the friends request, type will say "friends list" once confirmed.

if you received the request from someone else, type will be blank

if type is blank you can remove the friend no problem

if type says friends list then the person will not be removed. it will ask are you sure yes, no. hit yes and the check mark will disapear from the box of the friend, but the friend will stay there.

but for the friend you can't delete, they received the request so their type will be blank, so they can delete the friendship.

any thoughts?

Deleting your Friends is hidden pretty good in my opinion, but here is what you do:

- Click the Dashboard icon

- Click Activity

- Look a the top right of the block that is display and click Friends (next to Block List, Greetings, Hot Lists, and Friend Requests.)

- Put a check mark in the Friends you want to remove

- Click the delete button at the bottom right of the page.

i know how to do a delete, but it is not working if the type is set as friends list. if the type is not set to anything then you can delete them. otherwise it will say successful and remove the checkmark from the persons name, but they are still on your list.

I remember when friends parting ways was a teary-eyed, sometimes argumentative, face to face encounter.  Now all you gotta do is click on a checkbox and hit 'Delete'.   Man, I love progress!!

It's either that, or have them b**** about not being in your top eight, when no one is.
