Removing Links from Footer

Hello,

To remove links from site footer I edited "sys.menu.bottom" in db and deleted 2 link entries from them, then cleared cache, but links are still there?

Can anyone help?

Thanks

I had no problems when i tested this. Verify items have been removed from the database.

Some older versions of dolphin did a poor job of clearing the cache, so do it manually. Remove files from cache folder with the exception of the .htaccess file.

Clear your browser cache as well. Should not have to be done for most things. This is one of them, but i have noticed some browsers such as the newer versions of firefox cache style sheets. Internet explorers built-in caching can also be a pain.

Thanks for reply, just verified ... here are the steps

I removed entries from sys.menu.bottom, (screenshot attached)

I removed cache via admin panel

I removed cache via FTP

I removed cache of my Browser FF.

but the link are still there (screenshot attached)

Is there any other way to add/delete links/items in footer? so that I check there too.

Thanks

so you are trying to remove the contact us and bookmark link but leave the social media links and the language selector?
