Removing Profile Type

I am trying to use Dolphin as a membership club that has nothing to do with dating and matching people. The current "Profile" states "Couple" or "Single." I know I can rename them but want to loose that all together. Any suggestions?

You can add, change and remove all the info for profiles view within the builders.

Log into your admin  www.yoursite/admin....Go to Builders then go to fields builder.....There you can edit the join form ..... profile view form and others see below

• Join Form
• Edit Profile
• View Profile
• Search Profiles

Remember to edit each these as well, These change what each type of member can view and cant view..This was something that I stumbled onto later on in my set up.

• Owner
• Admin
• Moderator

Just go to the profile builder and remove those fields (drag to inactive area).  Then do a search here on "removing age and sex" - there are about a half dozen mods you will need to do to make Dolphin work properly as an non-dating site.  Note that if you remove the Date of Birth field, you will still need to get that data in there - at least dummy data, or your searches won't work.  Good luck!
